We manufacture Abrasive Blasting Equipment including Blast Pots, Wet Blasters, Bulk Blasters, Whisker Blasters, Air Receivers, Air Dryers, After Coolers etc. Our unparalleled network of trusted leading international clients worldwide include blasting machinery manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, and business units using our abrasive blasting machines, sand blasting equipment, control valves, and abrasive material solutions for their daily industrial operations.

Accreditations

Most of EROL products are CE & ATEX marked. EROL has ASME U, NB and R Stamps for the pressure vessels. We are open to customizing any type of pressure vessels and control valves for our customers according to their requirements. The pressure vessels can also be certified for ASME U Stamp, MOM Singapore, DOSH Malaysia, CRN etc. We also manufacture parts for sandblasting which are Clemco US / European compatible, Schmidt US compatible, Empire US compatible etc. We are OEM to about 32 companies in the World.

Manufacturing Facilities

FOUNDRY: Our foundry unit is well-furnished with Aluminium Gravity Die Casting/Pressure Die Casting facilities. We ensure the use of the right abrasive material for achieving precision while aiming for a smooth metal casting, supported by our investment casting plant installed for precision moulds, electric induction furnace for melting steel, cast iron, and brass.
MACHINE SHOP: Furthermore, our spacious and well equipped Machine Shop consisting of CNC vertical machining centres and CNC turning centres, plastic injection machine, electroplating and hard anodizing plants, powder coating plant and in-house ETP.
FABRICATION UNIT: Our steel fabrication unit consists of CNC Air Plasma Cutting Machine, Rolling Machine, Hydraulic Presses, Mechanical Presses, TIG, MIG, SMAW Welding Machines etc.,
TESTING LAB: Our industry-scale chemical & physical testing laboratory comprises of Spectrometer for chemical analysis, Universal Testing Machine and well-equipped Metrology.
